Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at ALUCCI. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, we offer a simple return policy. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, please apply for a return in the Customers Account Section. We will then provide you with further instructions to return your (partial) order.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will proceed with processing it. Depending on your preference, we can provide a refund or exchange the item for another product. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible, so you’ll have a satisfactory solution soon.
