Refund policy

14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After that, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

How to return

  1. Register your return via your customer account on our website, or email your order number to info@alucciclothing.com. You can also use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.
  2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the loafers back well packed, preferably in the original box.

Return costs

The cost of sending items back is at your own expense. We recommend a shipping method with tracking.

Refund

Within 14 days of your cancellation we refund the purchase amount using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the product.

  • If you return the entire order, we also refund the original shipping costs.
  • If you return part of the order, the shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanging for another size

Need a different size? Request an exchange via info@alucciclothing.com. You send the loafers back at your own expense and we ship the new size for €4.95. You can also simply return them and place a new order.

Conditions

  • You may try the loafers on as you would in a shop, preferably indoors on a clean surface.
  • If they have been worn or damaged, we may charge for the loss in value.

Defective or wrong item?

This is covered by the statutory warranty and all costs are on us. Email us a photo at info@alucciclothing.com.
