Who is responsible

Who we share data with
Only with parties needed to handle your order or run the website: Shopify (web shop and payments), our fulfilment partner (storage and shipping), the carrier (delivery), Mailchimp (newsletter) and, if you accept cookies, Meta and Google (advertising and statistics). We have agreements with these parties on security and confidentiality. Some of them process data outside the EU; this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We never sell your data.
How long we keep data
We keep order and invoice details for 7 years, as required by tax law. We keep customer service conversations for up to 2 years after they are resolved. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Children
Our products are made for children, but orders are placed by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email your request to info@alucciclothing.com; we reply within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to make the web shop work. We only place analytics and marketing cookies after you give consent via the cookie banner.
